Harrison Ford - Actor will return as Rick Deckard in 'Blade Runner' sequel

Alcon Entertainment has announced that Harrison Ford will be returning to the screen to reprise his role as police officer Rick Deckard in the 'Blade Runner' Sequel.

According to Variety, Oscar-nominated director, Denis Villeneuve, might be replacing director of the 1982 movie, 'Ridley Scott, who will now produce.

According to Scott, Ford is excited about the sequel;

“I sent him this (script) and he said, 'Wow, this is the best thing I’ve ever read,' so it’s very relevant to what happened (in) the first one." - He told MTV News.
