In China, Company embarks on mass production of Donald Trump, Hillary Clinton's masks

Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton are both cleaning up in the mask-selling popularity contest, despite having the lowest favorability ratings of any likely presidential nominees in recent history.



It is reported that the Jinhua Partytime Latex Art and Crafts Factory, a Halloween mask manufacturer and party supplier, has sold around 500,000 masks of both Hillary Clinton andDonald Trump.

Speaking to Reuters, the factory manager, Jacky Chen, speaking about the Trump mask says “Even though the sales are more or less the same, I think [before the end of 2016] this mask will completely sell out.”


The plant’s managers believe that demand for Trump masks will eventually outstrip demand for those of Clinton's and they are working to ensure that production meets the projected demand.
